Klaus Bölling (1928–2014), journalist, government spokesman for the social-liberal coalition (1974-1982) and head of the Permanent Mission of the Federal Republic of Germany in East Berlin from 1981 to 1982. The ZZF added 507 volumes from his library to its collection in 2015. In addition to numerous popular biographies of politicians, the collection primarily contains literature on the press and the East-West conflict.
