This interdepartmental project was dedicated to 32 historical sites in Brandenburg from the time of the Nazi dictatorship (1933 to 1945), the Soviet Occupation and the GDR (1945-1989/90). Jürgen Danyel, Hans-Hermann Hertle, Elke Kimmel, Thomas Schaarschmidt, Peter Ulrich Weiß and Irmgard Zündorf have written short texts on places which have been of outstanding importance not only for Brandenburg's history, but also for the entire history of Germany and Europe. These texts are available to the public on the TMB website since the end of March 2018.
