Central European History wird vier Mal im Jahr (März, Juni, September, Dezember) von Cambridge University Press herausgegeben.
Gastherausgeber*innen des Special Issue Sovereignty in German History sind Heidi Tworek und Rüdiger Graf, Leiter der Abteilung "Geschichte des Wirtschaftens" am Leibniz-Zentrum für Zeithistorische Forschung (ZZF Potsdam).
