Edition project
Cooperation project with the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities and the Central and Regional Library Berlin

Together with a editing team (Dr. Jens Thiel and Chris Vogelsänger) an annotated edition of the diaries of the economic historian Jürgen Kyczynski is being prepared. It covers the years 1957 to 1997, for which the diaries written by Kuczynski are available almost without gaps in the handwritten or typewritten original. The edition is accompanied by an introductory biographical essay by Martin Sabrow, which attempts to analytically grasp Kuczynski's role as a "bound intellectual" in the GDR.
